Sheila Fisher
Sheila is a writer and game designer based in Toronto, Canada. She is currently working with video game company Mysteria Studio, Cologne on their upcoming RPG: Asterfel.
Previously, she worked with Crimson Herring studios (2021-2023) as a designer and the primary writer of one of the games three parallel routes; Sisters in Spirit, which follows Victorian courtesan Clara Reed as she attempts to unmask a killer in a city of automatons, minotaurs, and werewolves.
She has worked in a myriad of positions withing the physical gaming world as well, including Trapped Canada and The Imaginarium Escape Rooms (Where she worked as a game master, a puzzle designer, helped with tech and room construction, and undertook other commission work).
She graduated from the Sheridan College post-graduate level design program, as well as Creative and Screen Writing courses at UofT during her summers, and originally completed her undergrad degree in 3D Art and Animation at Humber College.
She is passionate about game design, clever mechanics, the medium of games as an art form, and inclusivity within the industry.
She also loves table top games, fiction podcasts, photography, long hikes, cosplay, and a good horror movie.
